PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic unit is integrated in an organic light-emitting device. When the photovoltaic unit is integrated above an OLED unit, the photovoltaic unit is a solar energy panel having a transparent property. When the photovoltaic unit is integrated below the OLED unit, the photovoltaic unit is a gallium arsenide solar energy panel. By using the integration method to integrate the photovoltaic unit in the organic light-emitting device, conversion from light energy to electric energy can be achieved, and the energy can be stored in the photovoltaic unit. Thereby, an organic electric field light-emitting diode can achieve self-power feeding to components without providing a feeding power supply outside, thus, can achieve effects of environmental protection and energy saving, as well as can reduce the volume and weight of the components to improve integration density. |
