PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery having high long-term reliability, in which a negative electrode plate located on the outermost peripheral side is less likely to float.SOLUTION: In a secondary battery, a positive electrode core exposed part 15 wound around one end, and a negative electrode core exposed part 16 wound around the other end have a flat wound electrode 14, respectively, an end-of-winding 12b of a negative electrode plate 12 is located farther outer peripheral side of the flat wound electrode 14 than the end-of-winding of a positive electrode plate 11, and a separator fixing tape 30A is provided, in the outermost peripheral region in the negative electrode plate 12, as floating prevention means for preventing a separator 13, located on the inner peripheral side of the outermost peripheral region in the negative electrode plate 12, from floating. |
