PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire and a pneumatic tire manufacturing method capable of displaying arbitrary information as needed, excellent in visibility of displayed information, and capable of avoiding detachment of an information display element.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire comprises: a laminate 10 including at least one film layer 11, 12 arranged on a surface of a tire, and a base rubber layer 14 arranged under the film layer 11, 12. The film layer 11, 12 comprises a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition that is a mixture of the thermoplastic resin and the elastomer. The outermost film layer 11 of the laminate 10 exposed to a tire surface is colored differently from the film layer 12 under and adjacent to the outermost film layer 11. A plurality of openings 15 is formed in the outermost film layer 11 by laser processing, and the film layer 12 under and adjacent to the outermost film layer 11 is exposed via these openings 15. |
