PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device that can detect a stopped state in a short time while reducing an arithmetic processing time.SOLUTION: A control device comprises: a F/V converter into which a pulse signal outputted by a speed sensor is inputted and that outputs an analog signal of a voltage based on a frequency of the pulse signal; and a microcomputer that includes an analog/digital conversion input terminal into which the analog signal outputted by the F/V converter is inputted, obtains a digital value based on the analog signal inputted via the analog/digital conversion input terminal, calculates a value based on the digital value, and executes predetermined control depending on the calculated value. |
