PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a power storage element from being brought into an abnormal state while suppressing heat generation by a rectifier element.SOLUTION: When a battery pack 11 is not in an abnormal state, at least a first switch 12A is brought into a closed state. Since the first switch is not connected with a diode D in series, heat generation by the diode D can be suppressed, compared with in a structure where the first switch 12A is connected with the diode D in series. When the battery pack 11 is in a state close to an overcharge state, a battery management system (BMS) 13 brings the first switch 12A into an open state, and a second switch 12B into a closed state. Thus, a current flowing in the battery pack 11 is cut off by the diode D, and it becomes possible to prevent the battery pack 11 from being brought into the overcharge state. |
