PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment apparatus capable of heat-treating a heating object uniformly irrespective of variation of furnace temperature due to environmental change or a type and the like of the heating object.SOLUTION: A uniform heat plate unit 3 in which two pieces of uniform heat plates having a plurality of openings and having different emissivity are superposed is mounted in a position between a heating object 2 and a heat source 4 of a heat treatment apparatus 1. The uniform heat plates are divided in a furnace width direction orthogonal to a conveyance direction, and made to slide individually. Thus, radiant heat received from the heat source is made to be uniform, and the heating object temperature can always be heat-treated uniformly. |
