PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To count the number of imaged images in consideration of the imaging state of a subject.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: discrimination means which recognizes a subject in an input image and discriminates the imaging state of the subject; and control means which counts the number of imaged images of the subject corresponding to the imaging state and causes a display apparatus to display information for assisting imaging of the subject in accordance with the number of the imaged images corresponding to the imaging state. |
