PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a consumption amount of energy while maintaining comfort desired by a user even when the user does not consciously operate an electrical device.SOLUTION: Calendar schedule data 106 includes schedule contents, and commencement and termination for implementation of the schedule. Interlocking control rule data 107 includes a control target device depending on the schedule contents, control contents for the control target device, and a timing represented by a relative time using the commencement and the termination for the schedule as a reference. A device schedule setting part 116 sets the control target device, the control contents, and a control time depending on the schedule, on the basis of the calendar schedule data 106 associated in the schedule contents, and the interlocking control rule data 107. A device controller 118 makes the control target device operate on the basis of the setting by the device schedule setting part 116.
