PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a communication program from being broken down if a power failure occurs during writing or rewriting of a measuring control program from an external device by a communication unit.SOLUTION: A fluid control device comprises: a first recording unit 41 for storing a communication program for controlling a communication unit 3; a second recording unit 42 for storing a measuring control program for controlling a measuring control unit 2; and a central processing unit 44. The communication program stored in the first recording unit 41 is configured not to be rewritable for the central processing unit 44, and the measuring control program stored in the second recording unit 42 is configured to be rewritable for the central processing unit 44. |
