PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device that can complete changing settings of the voltage setting values of all the plurality of cleaning brush members in a short time, an image forming apparatus, and a voltage setting device.SOLUTION: A cleaning device includes a plurality of cleaning brush members that electrostatically remove a toner on a cleaning target body, voltage application means for applying a voltage according to a voltage setting value in setting value storage means to the cleaning brush members, current detection means for detecting the amount of the current flowing through contact points of the respective plurality of cleaning brush members and the cleaning target body, and setting value changing means for changing the settings of the voltage setting value in the setting value storage means on the basis of the amount of the current detected by the current detection means. The cleaning device changes the voltage setting value of all the plurality of cleaning brush members simultaneously with the setting value changing means. |
