摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bit error measurement device capable of establishing synchronization in a short time, with a small amount of memory usage.SOLUTION: A bit error measurement device 1 adopting a free-running system uses a generator polynomial having three terms as a generator polynomial for generating a PN code, and includes a buffer for temporarily storing a first data sequence D1 which is a PN code received by a radio apparatus, and a PN code generation part 4 for generating a second data sequence D2 which is a reference PN code. The bit error measurement device 1 repeats shift and exclusive OR operations between the first data sequence D1 stored in the buffer and a third data sequence D3 which is a copy of the first data sequence, and establishes a synchronization by setting a fourth data sequence D4 as an initial value to the PN code generation part 4 when the fourth data sequence D4, obtained by the exclusive OR operations, matches the first data sequence D1.
