PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message exchange system which can be easily and safely used by even a user who does not have high IT literacy.SOLUTION: A service server 11 confirms whether or not a manager terminal 21 is a terminal that is registered in a group G1 in an SNS system 10; and, if the server confirms that the manager terminal is the registered terminal, permits the transmission of a message from the manager terminal 21 to the service server 11. The manager terminal 21 transmits the message, which is input by the user, to the service server 11. |
