PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material for ice and snow melting, which does not react to rain and melts only snow and ice because exothermic reaction with added water occurs only under low temperature.SOLUTION: A hydrolytic reactant obtained by adding at least two kinds of substances of silicon oxide aluminum of 1-3 g, nitroethane of 10-20 ml, magnesium nitrate of 5-10 g, and potassium chloride of 2.5-5 g to alcohol of 500 ml is adhered on a porous raw material to form a raw material for ice and snow melting. Then, an adhesive is applied to the surface of a building material, and the raw material for ice and snow melting is adhered on the surface of the adhesive. |
