PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve the reduction of power consumption when a power saving mode is executed.SOLUTION: A memory management device 7 includes: a power supply part 2; a mode execution part 11 for selectively executing a normal mode and a power saving mode for more reducing power consumption than the normal mode; a volatile first storage part 13 having a predetermined first bus width; a volatile second storage part 14 having a second bus width having the smaller number of bits than the first bus width; a storage control part 16 for allowing the second storage part 14 to store necessary storage information which should be stored while the power saving mode is executed by the mode execution part 11; and a power supply control part 15 for switching the supply or interruption of a power supply voltage from the power source part 2 to the first storage part 13 and the second storage part 14. The power supply control part 15 supplies the power supply voltage to the second storage part 14, and interrupts the supply of the power supply voltage to the first storage part 13 while the power saving mode is executed by the mode execution part 11. |
