<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electropneumatic regulator capable of bringing the control pressure of fluid to be output from an output port close to a target value corresponding to an input signal even when the deterioration of valve performance occurs in an air supply side electromagnetic valve and an exhaust side electromagnetic valve.SOLUTION: A control circuit 10 includes: a change signal generation part 40 for generating a change signal for changing a target value corresponding to an input signal by using the detection pressure of a pressure sensor 15; and a control signal generation part 50 for generating pulse signals P1 and P2 for controlling the opening/closing of an air supply side electromagnetic valve 11 and the exhaust side electromagnetic valve 12 on the basis of the change signal and a feedback signal.</p> |
