A server calculation part 35 calculates the detection efficiency of the radiation detector 15 by simulation by using the information of the sample and the information of the radiation detector 15 stored in the detector information storage part 32 corresponding to the identification information. A server communication part 31 transmits the information of the detection efficiency calculated by the server calculation part 35 to the radiation measurement device 2. A calculation part 23 of the radiation measurement device 2 performs the radiation analysis of the sample by using the information of the detection efficiency received by the communication part 21 and the detection data of the radiation detected by the radiation detector 15.</p>
