<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-action extrusion molding device, a multi-action extrusion molding machine, and a multi-action extrusion molding method for producing an extrusion molded product having a non-uniform cross-section.SOLUTION: Multi-action extrusion molding device includes an extrusion molding die, a mandrel and an extrusion cylinder. The extrusion molding die includes an accommodation space and an opening, a billet is housed in a housing space, and the opening is connected with the housing space. The mandrel is placed in the die housing space of the extrusion molding die, moreover, the mandrel concerned includes a first portion and a second portion, the cross-sectional area of the first portion is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the second part, and furthermore the first portion 1 is nearer to the opening of the extrusion molding die than the second portion. The extrusion cylinder extrudes the billet, discharges the billet through a gap between the first portion of the mandrel and the surface of the opening, moreover discharges the billet through a gap between the second portion of the mandrel and the surface of the opening, and finally forms an extrusion molded product having a non-uniform cross-section.</p> |
