<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core material for a panel, the panel and a manufacturing method thereof for effectively using resources, and comparatively easy in manufacture.SOLUTION: In the core material for the panel, a first core unit material 30 having the length, a width and a thickness, is adhered to a separate second core unit material 40 opposed between one support parts 32 and 42 and the other support parts 34 and 44, and a first cell 22 curved by expanding to the opposite side of an opposed surface, is formed between the one support parts 32 and 42 and the other support parts 34 and 44, and a first core unit material 50 separate from the first core unit material is adhered in a connection part 46 between the one support parts 32 and 42 and the other support parts 34 and 44 on an outer surface back to back to the opposed surface of the second core unit material, and is adhered to a second core unit material 60 separate from the second core unit material 40 in one support parts 52 and 62 and the other support parts 54 and 64, and a second cell 24 curved by expanding toward the opposite side of the opposed surface is formed.</p> |
