The present invention provides: a thermoplastic resin composition which comprises an epoxy group-containing acryl/styrene-based copolymer (III) in an amount of 0.01 to 1 part by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of a resin composition comprising a styrene-based resin (I) and polyethylene terephthalate resin (II); and a moded article thereof, both of which have excellent mechanical properties and surface gloss.
