PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually intelligibly display distribution data such as meteorological data and the like that are spatially distributed and the distribution of which is varied with time.SOLUTION: A control device (12) requires meteorological data within a prescribed radius from a current position to a meteorological data server (50) and stores them in a storage device (30). In that regard, the control device (12) starts the acquisition from a part belonging to an imaging view field of a camera (14). A projective transformation device (36) projectively transforms the acquired meteorological data to an assumption screen with a prescribed height according to the azimuth direction and an elevation angle and writes them in a still image layer (24b) of a VRAM (24). The camera (14) writes an output video in a moving image layer (24a). A character generator (38) writes a menu and the like in a text layer (24c). A monitor (20) synthetically displays images of the respective layers (24a, 24b, and 24c) of the VRAM (24).
