PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device and a method of petroleum residue capable of efficiently and safely mixing and fusing petroleum residue and heavy oil.SOLUTION: A fuel supply device 1 of petroleum residue includes: a mixture tank 2 for mixing solidified petroleum residue and heavy oil; a heating heater 3 for heating the petroleum residue and heavy oil in the mixture tank 2 at a volatilization allowable temperature of heavy oil or less; and a transportation pump 4 and a transportation pipe 8 for transporting the mixture oil generated in the mixture tank 2 to the furnace of a boiler 10. |
