PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production energy management system suitable for a continuous process.SOLUTION: The production energy management system includes: a production and energy flow model defining part for receiving a definition of a production and energy flow model in which a flow of input/output of a production-related substance and a flow of input/output of energy between devices disposed in a plant are represented by directed lines and index values of the production-related substance and the energy are made to correspond to various measurement data measured in the plant; a data collection part for collecting the various measurement data from inside the plant; and an energy calculation part for performing energy calculation for each of the devices according to the collected various measurement data and the defined production and energy flow model.
