PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which satisfactorily operates, regarding the electronic equipment of such a type that a vibration sound is generated by vibrating a member to which a piezoelectric element is mounted, by means of the piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 1 comprises a piezoelectric element 30 and a panel 10 to which the piezoelectric element is mounted. The panel 10 is deformed by deformation of the piezoelectric element 30, and a sound is transferred by vibrating a contact portion of a human body in contact with the deforming panel 10. In the panel 10, a recess 10a is formed and the piezoelectric element 30 is mounted into the recess 10a.
