PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect surrounding light in high sensitivity with a simple configuration and enhance users' satisfaction.SOLUTION: The display device includes: a clock section (13) that obtains current time; a surrounding environment determination part (22) that determines a color temperature of a screen displayed by a display section (15) by determining an outdoor light state surrounding the device itself and using the determined outdoor light state and current time; and a display control section (24) that displays with the determined color temperature.
