摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device capable of improving charging efficiency by suppressing the execution frequency of a charging mode with poor charging efficiency.SOLUTION: A charging device 1 includes: a charging circuit 10; and a control circuit 11. A control circuit 11 is configured to, until the capacity of a battery B1 reaches a first reference capacity, execute a first charging mode for controlling the charging circuit 10 such that supply power to the battery B1 is turned into first supply power. Then, the charging circuit 10 is configured to, when the capacity of the battery B1 becomes larger than the first reference capacity, execute a second charging mode for controlling the charging circuit 10 such that the supply power to the battery B1 is turned into second supply power smaller than the first supply power. The charging circuit 11 is configured to, when power is consumed from the battery B1, or power is scheduled to be consumed from the battery B1, not execute the second charging mode until the power consumption from the battery B1 ends. Thus, it is possible to improve charging efficiency by suppressing the execution frequency of the second charging mode with poor charging efficiency.
