<p>Provided is a photovoltaic power generation apparatus comprising: a support unit which is formed under a support frame having multiple solar cell modules on the top surface; a hinge coupling part which is hinged to the bottom of the support unit to relatively rotate the support unit in a vertical direction; a horizontal drive part which is formed under the hinge coupling part and has a first drive motor for horizontally rotating the hinge coupling part from a mounting surface; a main body part which is formed in a long column shape and allows the horizontal drive part to be arranged on the inner side of the top thereof, and of which the bottom end is fixed to the mounting surface; and a reducing part which is inserted between the horizontal drive part and the main body part and reduces the rotation speed of the first drive motor.</p>
