PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of abrasion and heating caused by a vibration loss, by restraining the occurrence of the vibration loss in a contact surface between a conventional welding tip and a horn.SOLUTION: A welding tip 4 is formed as a resonance body having a frequency near to a horn 1 and having a belly part 4a-a node part 4b-a belly part 4c in a half wavelength. The welding tip 4 is formed in a polygonal shape in an axial cross-section, and joint action parts 5 and 5 orthogonally projecting to the axial direction are provided in positions of the belly parts 4a and 4b thereof in both ends in an axial direction thereof, and the joint action parts 5 and 5 are also respectively provided on respective surfaces. Threadedly engaging holes 6 and 6 of a joining screw 3 with the horn 1 are provided on both end surfaces. A holding-pressurizing flange part 7 is also formed in a position of the node part 4b in the center in the axial direction of the welding tip 4. |
