PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dustproof device and a dustproof method of an asphalt plant, capable of effectively restraining dust scattering when extracting an aggregate with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: The inside of a plant body 3 is provided with a water storage tank 12 and a supply pump 13, and this supply pump 13 and a water sprinkling nozzle 14 are connected by a water supply pipe 15, and a tip part of the water sprinkling nozzle 14 is faced to the inside of a mixer 9, and an opening-closing valve 16 is provided in the middle of the water supply pipe 15, and the opening-closing valve 16 can be manually or automatically operated or controlled from a plant operation panel 4. When extracting the aggregate, the supply pump 13 and the opening-closing valve 16 are operated or controlled from the operation panel 4, and a water quantity corresponding to an aggregate quantity and aggregate temperature which is discharged in the mixer 9, is sprinkled in the mixer 9, and generation of dust is restrained by properly wetting the aggregate, and the scattering of the dust in mixer discharge time is restrained. |
