PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat whose lower rails can be prevented from deforming.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat is provided with left and right lower rails 100 and an upper rail 200 that extend in a longitudinal direction. The upper rail 200 has: a main body portion 201 having a seat belt SB fixed to an outside face outside in a lateral direction; an outside engaging portion 202 extending from a lower end of the main body portion 201 toward outside in the lateral direction; and an inside engaging portion 203 extending from the lower end of the main body portion 201 toward inside in the lateral direction. The lower rails 100 have: a base portion 110 arranged below the upper rail 200; an outside guide portion 203 that extends form an end portion outside in the lateral direction of the base portion 110 and covers the outside engaging portion 202 from outside in the lateral direction; and an inside guide portion 130 that extends from an end portion inside in the lateral direction of the base portion 110 and covers the inside engaging portion 203 from inside in the lateral direction. The outside guide portion 120 has a cross-section area larger than the inside guide portion 130 in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. |
