PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone/cover composite member for holding the performance of a microphone element advantageously, while reducing the manufacturing cost by eliminating the need for a hand composition process of a microphone element and a cushion cover in the manufacturing process, and to provide a method for manufacturing a microphone/cover composite member.SOLUTION: A cushion cover 14 constituting a microphone/cover composite member is formed by injection molding an elastomeric material 74. A gate 42 for injection molding the elastomeric material 74 is located at a position deviated from above a microphone element 12. Flow of the elastomeric material 74 injected through the gate 42 is made to sneak around the outer periphery of the microphone element 12, so as not to collide directly against the microphone element 12. |
