PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately select in which region of a still picture a part of the still picture is expressed in a case where the part of the still picture is expressed dynamically.SOLUTION: An image processing device 1 comprises: an instruction unit 16 instructing a first change region to be changed with time on an image of one frame among images of a plurality of time-sequentially photographed frames; a position information acquisition unit 16 acquiring position information on the first change region instructed by the instruction unit 16 in each of the images of the plurality of frames; a time series image acquisition unit 16 acquiring a time series image for the first change region, on the basis of the position information acquired by the position information acquisition unit 16 and the images of the plurality of frames; and an image composition unit 16 sequentially replacing and compositing the time series image for the first change region acquired by the time series image acquisition unit 16 to a still picture generated on the basis of the image of one frame among the images of the plurality of frames. |
