PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface flow control system that can control the laminar flow of a boundary layer in a wide area from low speed to high speed irrespective of the shape of a movable body, and has good efficiency with a simple structure only using electrical means, and provide a surface control method.SOLUTION: In a surface flow control system controlling a plasma actuator 110 provided on the surface of a movable body relatively moving with respect to a fluid, the plasma actuator 110 is arranged in the vicinity of a front end edge part, and can be controlled so as to change the lateral flow speed component of the boundary layer flow of the fluid on the surface of the movable body. |
