PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate personal authentication of a user and improve security.SOLUTION: A server 3 comprises: a data registration unit 33 for registering, in a database 4, history data for a prescribed number of days accumulated in a device 1 possessed by a user and pertaining to the device in correlation with identification information of the user; a user authentication unit 32 for acquiring, from the device 1, the history data for the prescribed number of days registered in the database 4, checking the acquired history data with the database 4, and searching for the identification information of the user corresponding to the history data; and a point management unit 34 for enabling a point corresponding to the identification information of the user searched by the user authentication unit 32 to be operated on. |
