PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whole blood immunoassay system capable of shortening the measurement processing time required for one analyte.SOLUTION: In a conventional whole blood immunoassay system, a CRP cell has been used for final cleaning of a nozzle, and CRP measurement in the CRP cell, cleaning of the CRP cell, and final cleaning of the nozzle have been performed in this order. In contrast, this invention provides a dedicated immunoassay cleaning chamber A for an analyte to the CRP cell and a nozzle 36 which has completely dispensed a CRP measurement reagent, to achieve a control configuration in which an outer surface and an inner surface of the nozzle 36 are cleaned in the immunoassay cleaning chamber A during immunoassay in the CRP cell 19. Final cleaning of the nozzle 36 is performed in parallel with CRP measurement, whereby the time conventionally required for final cleaning of the nozzle is shortened. |
