<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and communication system capable of quickly starting communication processing in canceling an execution disabled state, while suppressing useless communication processing whose destination is a reception side communication device in the execution disabled state.SOLUTION: A communication device comprises retrial notification means, first storage control means, and cancel notification means. The retrial notification means notifies an origination side communication device of retrial time showing standby time until retrial of communication processing requested by the origination side communication device, when the communication processing cannot be executed. The first storage control means stores identification information on the origination side communication device that is a request source of the communication processing, in first storage means; when the communication processing cannot be executed. After that, the cancel notification means notifies the origination side communication device corresponding to the identification information stored in the first storage means, of cancel of an execution disabled state of the communication processing (S22); when the execution disabled state of the communication processing is canceled (Yes side in S21).</p> |
