<p>The present invention relates to a bag for packaging a food used for temporarily storing a refrigerated or a frozen food, and a method for manufacturing the same. An inner space is formed by joining both sides to form an opening in an upper part by folding an insulation sheet comprising a surface layer, an adhesive layer, an insulation layer, and a finishing layer. The surface layer consists of PET which is thermosetting resin where thermal deformation is not generated; and the adhesive layer, the insulation layer, and the finishing layer inside thereof respectively consist of PE which is thermoplastic resin, foaming resin, and PE. Male and female zippers are located to correspond to each other in the finishing layer facing each other in the opening of the upper side. The zippers are tightly attached by melting the adhesive layer, the insulation layer, and the finishing layer with the exception of PET by thermal bonding to fit the melting point of PE. Therefore, the bag can be tightly sealed while preventing the zipper from being torn when the bag for packaging is used. Moreover, the capacity of a food to be stored can be increased as a floor side is horizontally spread, and contains contents by bonding both sides to be inclined while forming the floor side by folding the lower end of the bag as a W-shape. The bag can be conveniently carried without the need for a separate packaging material as a rectangular perforated part is formed in the upper end of the bag, and used as a handle.</p> |
