A pressure regulating apparatus of an engine room in a ship is disclosed. The present invention provides an apparatus regulating pressure of the engine room in a ship where one or more engines are installed and which receives fuel by being connected to a valve room. The present invention includes at least one first exhaust fan arranged in the valve room and makes the pressure of the engine room always higher than the pressure of the valve room to make the fuel leaked while being supplied to the engine flow into the valve room.
