PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper cassette capable of suppressing a hight dimension, while having a support tray for supporting a sheet to be discharged.SOLUTION: A medium storage cassette includes: a medium storage part for storing a medium; a medium support tray provided rotatably to the medium storage part, capable of taking a storage state in which a medium support face is faced downward, which is positioned on an upper part of the medium storage part by being rotated and which supports the medium, and an extension state in which the medium support face is faced upward by being rotated and at least a part of the medium support face is extended to the outside of the medium storage part; and a drawer part for elongating the length of the medium storage part in the medium discharge direction by being drawn. |
