PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device and an imaging device capable of improving noise resistance.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion part 101 outputs a signal based on incident light. A signal output from the photoelectric conversion part 101 is input to a first terminal as one of the source terminal and drain terminal of a sampling transistor 108, and the signal input to the first terminal is sampled/held, and the sampled/held signal is output from a second terminal as the other of the source terminal and drain terminal of the sampling transistor 108. An analog memory 110 holds the signal output from the second terminal of the sampling transistor 108. The potential of the first terminal of the sampling transistor 108 is fixed to a potential corresponding to a predetermined fixed potential in a reading period in which the signal held by the analog memory 110 is read. |
