摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device that enables a reduction in size of constituent pixels and accurate pixel inspection, and a pixel inspection method of the liquid crystal display device.SOLUTION: Pixels 12 have data output to a column data line d sampled by a switch SW11 and written in an SRAM 121. All the pixels 12A constituting an image display unit 11 have data written in the SRAM 121. A trigger pulse subsequently turns switches SW12 of all the pixels 12A on, and all the pieces of data in the SRAM 121 are transferred to a capacity C11 constituting a DRAM 122 at one time and applied to a reflecting electrode PE. SM 121, DM 122, and the reflecting electrode PE can be arranged effectively in a height direction of elements to achieve a reduction in size of the pixels. The pixels 12 are connected at a predetermined constant voltage with a sense amplifier, which accurately inspects the pixels.
