PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling holding member and a coupling holding structure capable of conveniently performing a sure locking operation.SOLUTION: A coupling holding structure 1 comprises a male screw body 10 having the first male thread body and the second male thread body formed to be overlapped; the first female thread body 20 threadably engaged with the first male thread; the second female thread body 30 threadably engaged with the second male thread helical groove 15; and a coupling holding member 40 for holding the first female thread body 20 and the second female thread body 30. The coupling holding member 40 comprises a separation preventive part 41 arranged at an opposite side of the second female thread body 30 against at least a part of the first female thread body 20, a connecting part 42 arranged at an opposite side of the first female thread body 20 against at least a part of the second female thread body 30, and an abutting part 43 for use in connecting the separation preventive part 41 with the connecting part 42. |
