PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bread-maker capable of excellently heating from all the directions while suppressing dryness of an object to be cooked.SOLUTION: A bread-maker 1 includes: a main-body 2 provided with a heating chamber 5 inside; a heating container 8 stored in the heating chamber 5; a blade part 12 arranged in the heating container 8; a motor 7 as a drive part for rotationally driving the blade part 12; a heater 9 as a heating part for heating the heating container 8; and a temperature detection part 10 for detecting a temperature in the heating chamber 5. An object to be cooked in the heating container 8 can be quickly excellently heated from all the directions by installing a container lid 18 for closing an opening of the heating container 8. The object to be cooked in the middle of production is prevented from getting dry by suppressing evaporation of moisture from the object to be cooked, stored in the heating container 8. |
