PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide at each time the average wait time required to use an external terminal and the length of the queue on the basis of the log of a service provided by the external terminal without separately obtaining the time at which a client lined up in the rear end of the queue.SOLUTION: A queue estimation system comprises: an average service time calculation unit 102 which calculates as average service time the time from the service start time to the service end time contained in the log of a provided service; an arrival time calculation unit 110 which calculates average arrival time by dividing the service time calculated based on the service start time and the service end time contained in the log, by the total number of services processed during the service time; and a queue estimation unit 106 which calculates average wait time and the length of the queue on the basis of the calculated average service time and average arrival time.
