PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further certainly obtain extremely accurate combustion pressure, by very effectively eliminating a thermal shock error.SOLUTION: A pressure detecting device 1 includes: a glow plug 2 with a pressure sensor which has a cylindrical housing 20, a moving member 26 fixed to the housing 20 and capable of deforming, a ceramic heater 23 fixed to the moving member 26 and capable of relatively displacing, and a pressure sensor 24 for outputting a pressure signal based on the relative displacement of the ceramic heater 23; and a pressure correcting device 3 for receiving the pressure signal and correcting the pressure signal. The pressure correcting device 3 is equipped with a memory portion 31 for storing a reference correction value which is obtained in advance in an individual glow plug 2 with the pressure sensor, set about each crank angle of an internal combustion engine 100, and corrects a thermal shock error due to the thermal deformation of the moving member 26; and a correcting portion 33 for correcting the pressure signal on the basis of the reference correction value. |
