PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the problem of corrosion of a compressor by sulfur oxide contained in exhaust gas from an oxygen combustion device by using a simple apparatus at low cost.SOLUTION: An alkaline modifier 9 is supplied to an upstream of a compressor 4a in an impurity separator 6a in a foremost stage, and impurities containing at least sulfur oxide in exhaust gas 2 as well as drain 16 of an after-cooler 5a in the impurity separator 6a in the foremost stage are extracted. |
