PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of starting power generating operation while ignoring conditional limitations such as a hot water storage tank is full-filled with hot water when carrying out an exhaust gas inspection on a flue which requires the power generating operation.SOLUTION: In addition to a normal operation menu, the fuel cell system includes a starter for starting the fuel cell while ignoring every limitation. When a user operates the starter, a controller surely starts the fuel cell. When any conditional limitation which cannot be removed at the fuel cell side is detected at that time, a removal method for removing the same is notified. The user can remove the conditional limitation before starting power generation by following the removal method. |
