PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peracetic acid concentration measuring system that can clean electrode stain caused by an organism-derived material without force while constantly measuring actual concentration of peracetic acid in a peracetic acid solution into which the organism-derived material is mixed and that can maintain high measurement accuracy for a long time.SOLUTION: A peracetic acid concentration measuring system comprises: a solution holding section 4 that stores or distributes a peracetic acid solution into which an organism-derived material is mixed; a reference electrode 52, a working electrode 53 and a counter electrode 51 that are soaked in the peracetic acid solution in the solution holding section 4 and are formed of carbon; an electrode cleaning section 54 that physically cleans all electrodes 51 to 53 in a state of being soaked in the peracetic acid solution; and a peracetic acid concentration measuring section 55 that applies prescribed voltage to the working electrode 53 and calculates concentration of peracetic acid in the peracetic acid solution on the basis of a value of flowing current.
