PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent write timing from being asynchronous, while preventing increase in manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: An optical scanner 15 includes: a first storage unit 53 which stores the amount of adhesive; a temperature detection unit 55 which detects a temperature of the adhesive; a second storage unit 54 which stores the amount of adhesive and the amount of change in write timing with respect to the amount of change in temperature, as data in advance; and a correction unit 56 which corrects standby time by the amount of change in write timing to be obtained from the amount of the adhesive stored in the first storge unit 53, the temperature of the adhesive detected by the temperature detection unit 55, and the data stored in the second storage unit 54.
