PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler having high moist heat resistance and excellent thermal conductivity; a composition containing the filler; and a molded body having excellent dimensional stability.SOLUTION: Provided is a modified magnesium oxide obtained by the polymerization of reacting a polymerizable unsaturated monomer containing a polyfunctional polymerizable unsaturated monomer in the presence of magnesium oxide particles. Also provided is a composition and a molded body containing the modified magnesium oxide.
