<p>The present invention relates to a system for evaluating a home shopping broadcast based on a number of orders, which can evaluate each section of a home shopping broadcast video based on a number of orders corresponding to ordering calls received in real time while the home shopping broadcast video is outputted. The system includes: a video order input unit for receiving a home shopping broadcast video composed of a series of sections in time, and a number of orders (hereinafter, a number of orders in time) composed of a series of number of times in time; a section order arithmetic unit for calculating a number of orders relative to the sections of the broadcast video (hereinafter, a number of section orders) by adding a number of orders in time during time delayed as much as a predetermined time (hereinafter, delayed time) more than time corresponding to the sections; a broadcast time correction unit for correcting the number of section orders to decrease into a predetermined ratio, wherein the number of section orders is corrected at a ratio (hereinafter, a first correction coefficient) which is inversely proportional to the broadcast time of the sections; and a unit value arithmetic unit for calculating an average correction number of the sections by averaging a number of orders in the corrected sections by the time corresponding to the sections. Thus, the system for evaluating a home shopping broadcast based on a number of orders can detect a video section where customers watching a home shopping broadcast make many orders, thereby making instructions on production of home shopping broadcasts for maximizing sales.
